Intelligence-Driven Enrollment
We develop a customized digital marketing strategy to reach participants outside the traditional clinical and research settings. Finding these participants using traditional approaches (still used by most companies) is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Instead, iEnroll uses advanced marketing techniques and machine learning to specifically target only those people who are most likely to be eligible for your study. We create digital profiles unique to each study and then work with IRBs to approve all advertising material in one request, on the front-end of a study.
iEnroll Lead Management System
The iEnroll LMS (Lead Management System) allows site coordinators to securely retrieve contact and screening information on leads, track status of the lead, and seamlessly reach out to iEnroll for help with difficult leads.
Internet marketing strategy
Most advertising campaigns generate lots of calls, wasting coordinators time to screen, while resulting in few enrolled patients. With iEnroll, we don’t want coordinators chasing leads! Using our digital profiling strategy we orchestrate a targeted internet marketing campaign for you. All lead traffic is direct to our call center, and every lead is further screened before sending the participant information to a site coordinator. Coordinators have the option for iEnroll to directly schedule a potential participant’s visit to the site and to handle all the appointment reminders. Finally, if coordinators are not able to contact a lead after two attempts, iEnroll will step back in and investigate the lead.
Trial optimization from real-time insights
Our clients access the iEnroll TMD (Trial Management Dashboard), which provides real-time insights from data generated through the iEnroll digital marketing campaigns. Andy McWilliams, MD, MPH
Andy is a practicing board certified Internal Medicine and Pediatric physician. He graduated from UNC Chapel Hill Schools of Medicine and Public Health with an MD/MPH. As a principal and co-investigator on numerous industry, federal, and foundation sponsored studies, he has seen firsthand the benefits clinical trial participation offers patients, but also the frustrations of trying to match the right patient to the right trial.
Freddie Sexton
Fred Sexton
Freddie has been implementing internet marketing campaigns for 14 years, focusing on maximizing client’s ROI. He manages iEnroll’s clinical trial enrollment campaigns, where participants are targeted based on thousands of factors including online activities and purchase behavior, delivering pre-screened and ready to enroll leads to coordinators. Some certifications in digital analytics include Google Analytics and paid ad platforms like Google Adwords
Christina McWilliams, MD, MPH
Christina McWilliams, MPH
Christina has her master’s degree in public health and has been working in the public health research field for the past 11 years. She has worked on many research projects with the UNC Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention and has a long history with a nutrition and physical activity program for child care centers called NAP SACC. Christina manages and oversees the day to day operations of iEnroll.

David has degrees in organic chemistry and biology from Duke and the University of Tennessee respectively. He first became interested in ‘big data’ when a 14MB file crashed his Windows 95 analysis machine. He has served as Technical Manager for a small biopolymers company and most recently as a bioinformatician for the Wake Forest School of Medicine

Josh has a Juris Doctor, Master of Business Administration, and Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. He has been an attorney at a large Boston law firm since 2014 advising clients on M&A functions and corporate law across industries. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Josh worked for a healthcare best practices research company where he developed a passion for the industry. Josh designs and implements iEnroll’s business strategies and oversees the operations of the company.
